You are trying to find the motivation to work out after a long work day. Should you take some Pre-Workout? Pre-workout is taken before a physical activity such as working out and is used to help increase your performance. It will give you that extra boost that you need to keep you amped during your workout. There are often a few questions that concern people regarding pre-workout so we answered some of those frequently asked questions below!

 

 

1- Will Pre-Workout Make It Harder for Me to Sleep at Night?

So just like with any other supplement, everyone will react differently. Some people can take pre-workout and be up all night and some can take pre-workout before a night workout and sleep like a baby.  Only you are going to know ow your body reacts to a pre-workout. Choosing a pre-workout that has caffeine derived from teas instead of coffee tends to help give you a more euphoric sense of energy that gradually decreases your energy without a caffeine “high” and crash is an option if you are concerned about being awake all night after using a pre-workout

 

2- Will Pre-Workout Will Make Me Too Hyper?
