White Bean Dip with Sesame Oil

This White Bean Dip with Sesame Oil is a great tasting dip that would be great for a Superbowl PARTY! Or any other kind of gathering. Eat well and Have FUN!

White Bean Dip with Sesame oil

1 15 oz can white beans- drained, rinsed

3/4 c chicken stock- *can use vegetable stock too

1/2 c nutritional yeast

1 scoop About Time unflavored whey isolate

1 t salt

1 t coriander

1/2 t garlic powder

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spray an oven safe bowl with non stick spray

Place beans in your food processor, Pulse a few times. Add chicken stock, Blend just until they mash. Add remaining items, blend until smooth.

Pour Batter into the bowl. Bake uncovered for 15-18 minutes, remove from oven and drizzle with Sesame oil. I literally just made a circle and a half on the top. Place back into the oven for an additional 5 minutes. Remove and allow to cool for 15 minutes.

I served this with lightly toasted Pita that was drizzled with sesame oil- i placed pita in the oven  for 5 minutes with the dip after I drizzled it with Sesame oil. ENJOY!
