Veggie burgers

1 can carrots, drained and rinsed- i used these but fresh cooked would be a better choice

2 scallions

1/2 broccoli, cooked, cooled or un thaw a frozen variety

3 cloves garlic

2 handfuls spinach, fresh

2 scoops About Time whey protein, unflavored

1/2 c chick peas

1 1/2 T lemon juice plus zest from 1/2 lemon

1 t salt

1 t oregano

1/8 t black pepper

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place all items into a food processor until blended. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spray with non stick spray. Scoop batter with ice cream scooper. Makes 6 veggie burgers. Bake for 25 minutes.
