Have a healthy protein filled breakfast with this Sweet Potato and Pecan Green Smoothie

  • 8 oz unsweetened almond milk
  • 4 oz water
  • 1/2 boston butter lettuce
  • 1/2 cup cooked sweet potato
  • 1 small banana peeled
  • 1 scoop About Time Cinnamon Swirl protein
  • 2 T pecans chopped finely
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1 to 2 ice cubes

Place all items into the blender until smooth

Fat: 7g

Carbs: 40 g

Protein: 30g
