Strawberry Peach n Green Chia smoothie


  • 4 peaches, pitted
  • 10 medium strawberries
  • 1 scoop About Time Birthday cake whey isolate
  • 2 teaspoons chia seeds, soaked for 10 minutes
  • 1 head of baby bok choy, washed
  • 4 to 6 ounces of water
  • 4 to 6 oz unsweetened almond milk

Add the water and unsweetened almond milk to your blender, followed by the fruit. Add the protein and pulse a few times. Add the bok choy and chia to your blender last. Blend  until the smoothie is creamy. yields 39 oz- 3 (13 oz) shakes or 2 larger for a meal replacement
