Strawberry Oat Cakes

These Strawberry Oat Cakes are made individually, great as a healthy snack or used as a meal replacement

Strawberry Oat Cakes

 

2 T fresh Pomegranates

2 T quick oats

2 T plain Greek yogurt

2 T pineapple juice

1 scoop AboutTime Strawberry whey protein isolate

1 T flax meal

1 T cashew flour

1 T coconut- unsweetened

1/2 t stevia

1/2 t baking powder

a little lime zest

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Spray 2 individual molds with non stick spray. Mix all items together and pour batter in the 2 molds. Bake for 22-24 minutes. I topped mine with Plain Greek yogurt mixed with stevia and lime zest and a drop of lemon juice. Yields 2 servings

1 serving is equivalent to:
