These Single Cherry Pies are super delicious and great to just pop in your mouth. Enjoy these after lunch or dinner

20 cherries- fresh or frozen- pitted (if frozen place on a paper towel and dry them)

Maple syrup

unsweetened coconut flakes

Dough:

1/2 c cashew flour

1/2 c coconut flour

1 scoop About Time Birthday Cake whey protein isolate

2 oz Greek cream cheese

2 oz coconut oil

1/4 c plain Greek yogurt

30 drops liquid coconut flavored Stevia

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.

Blend cashew flour, coconut flour and whey protein. Add the cream cheese and coconut oil. Blend with a pastry blender until completely folded into the dough. No chunks left. Add the Greek yogurt and gently fold in.

I grabbed some dough, flattened it out in my hand placed the cherry in the center. Squeeze the dough together around the cherry. Do this for the 20 cherries.

roll 1 at a time in maple syrup,(just enough so the coconut sticks) then toss in the unsweetened coconut. Place on a well sprayed baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. cool and enjoy
