Pizza Crust
1/2 c cauliflower puree ( 1 cup raw, steamed drained and baked- to dry out at 350 degrees for 8 minutes, processed with 1/4 c unsweetened almond milk and 1T Parmesan cheese)
1 1/2 T coconut flour
1 scoop About Time unflavored whey
1 T coconut oil, melted
1/4 to 1/2 t salt
1/4 t oregano
1/8 t black pepper
preheat oven to 350 degrees. mix all items together, gently spray a baking sheet with non stick spray. Form two balls with the mixture and press down into pizza crusts. Bake for 10 minutes, with out turning. While those are cooking thinly slice your toppings. When done cooking remove from oven, turn oven to broil. Lift crusts from tray just to be sure they didn’t stick. Top crusts with items of choice then broil till golden brown
