Peanut Butter Banana Granola Bar

This Peanut Butter Banana Granola Bar recipe tastes fantastic. A great post workout snack too

Peanut Butter Banana Granola bar

1 c puffed wheat

3 scoops About Time Peanut Butter whey isolate protein

2/3 c quick oats

1/2 c sliced almonds

1/3 c cranberries

2 T millet seed

2 T sesame seed

1 T flax seed or meal

1/3 c water

1 mashed banana

1 c coconut

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Spray a light colored baking sheet with non stick spray.

Mix  Protein with the water well. Add all items except for coconut  and fold together in a large mixing bowl. Scoop batter using a large soup spoon and drop into the coconut. Coat and place cookie on the baking sheet. Shape them a little into a rectangle shape. Bake for 6-8 minutes, remove and cool. Enjoy
