Healthy Fat Bomb Pumpkin Butter
Struggling to get in your healthy fats? Or do you know what healthy fat sources are? Well, you are in luck with this Pumpkin Butter recipe. Put it on your whole grain toast or drizzle it over some sweet potato. Delicious!
Yields: 1 individual serving
- 2 Tbs. pumpkin puree
- 1 tsp. almond or peanut butter
- 1 ½ tsp. coconut oil
- dash of cinnamon
- 2-3 drops pure stevia
- Place all ingredients in a microwave safe dish
- Heat until coconut oil is soft enough to mix and no longer be solid. It only takes 15 seconds at the MOST.
