Granola Bars



1 1/2 c quick oats

2 scoops vanilla About Time protein

1/2 c pumpkin

1/2 c sliced almonds

1/3 c nut butter

1/4 c raisins

1/4 c cranberries

2 squares 72% chocolate, shaved

1 egg

2 t cinnamon

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all dry ingredients together. In a separate bowl, mix together pumpkin, egg and nut butter, add to the dry ingredients. Pat into a sprayed baking sheet, bake 10 minutes. cool, cut into 10 bars

carbs-15 g

protein- 10 g
