Good Hair & Skin Pumpkin Pie Smoothie

Serves:1 (Makes about 20 oz. glass)

Ingredients:

  • ¼ c Collagen hydrolysate (can you use any protein powder)
  • 17 grams dried pumpkin
  • 8 oz. unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • ice to desired thickness

Instructions:

  • Blend all ingredients and enjoy!
  • If you added too much ice and it is too chunky, slowly add more almond milk.
