Ginger Berry Smoothie


In addition to metabolism-boosting fresh ginger, this healthful and easy-to-make ginger berry smoothie contains B vitamin-rich blueberries — specifically, B vitamins are said to be helpful in  the metabolism of carbohydrates, proteins, and fats.



  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup blueberries
  • ½ cup raspberries
  • 1 scoop About Time Birthday Cake or Cinnamon swirl
  • 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
  • optional- packet of Stevia- depends on sweetness of fruits


Blend together add a few ice cubes if needed
