Frozen Fruit Protein Popsicles


Layer 1:

a few blueberries on the bottom of the cups

then, in a blender add:

1/4 c blueberries-frozen

1/2 scoop About Time Cinnamon Swirl

1/2 c unsweetened almond milk

pour on blueberries in cups. place cups in freezer for 20 minutes


layer 2:

1 fresh kiwi

1/2 fresh avocado

2 oz Greek yogurt

1/2 scoop vanilla or birthday cake About Time protein

1/2 c unsweetened almond milk

1/2  Stevia packet- optional

a few ice cubes

Add all items to the blender, blend, pour over first layer. Place in freezer for 20 minutes


Layer 3:

1 can mandarin oranges- drained

1/2 banana frozen and sliced

1/2 c unsweetened almond coconut milk

1/2 scoop About Time peaches n Cream whey isolate

1/2 Stevia packet

a dash of cinnamon

Add all items to the blender, Blend, pour over second layer. Place in freezer 10 to 15 minutes. Insert Popsicle stick freeze until completely frozen. Take scissors and cut off cup, enjoy:


depending on the size of cups you use recipe makes 6-8 Popsicles
