Aren’t these Decorated Holiday Cookies the cutest all natural sweet treats you ever saw? And they taste amazing, have no artificial colors or sweeteners, and are gluten free!

Decorated Holiday Cookie

 

Dough:

3 T coconut flour

2 T cashew flour

2 T millet flour

2 1/4 t stevia (10 packets)

1/2 t baking soda

1/2 t baking powder

1/4 t salt

 

Mix together in a medium sized mixing bowl.

ADD:

3 T unsweetened almond milk

3 T coconut oil- melted

1 1/2 t pure vanilla extract (gluten free version)

Mix well until you achieve a dough- do not over work the dough.

Preheat your oven to 325 degrees. Spray a light colored baking sheet with non stick spray, set aside.

Place a piece of wax paper on your counter. (a little non stick spray under it helps it to stay put)

spray a little non stick spray on the wax paper.

roll out dough to 1/4 inch thick, cut out shapes and place on the baking tray. keep reworking dough, just don’t knead it to much

Bake for 7 minutes, cool cookies on a wire rack
