Chocolate Cranberry Protein Bar

Chocolate dough:

2/3 c unsweetened coconut

1 1/2 scoops About Time chocolate protein

3- 3 1/2 T unsweetened almond milk

2 T carob powder

1 T vanilla extract

2 Stevia Packets

2 dashes salt

Place coconut into the food processor, blend until it begins to turn into butter. Add the protein and blend. Place mixture into a bowl and add the  remaining ingredients, blend together by hand. set aside

Cranberry dough:

1 1/3 c unsweetened coconut flakes

3 scoops About Time Strawberry protein

2/3 c dried cranberries

1/3 c unsweetened almond milk

1 T coconut flour

1 T vanilla extract

1 T cinnamon

dash of salt

Add coconut to food processor, blend until it starts to become butter. Add protein, blend. Place mixture into a bowl, add remaining ingredients. Fold together and knead by hand

I rolled these out, cut out shapes, rolled into a roll and sliced. Have fun and make some cute bars. Yields 16 bars
