Caramel Banana Nut Bread

This Caramel Banana Nut Bread is a wonderful recipe you can make individual cookies, muffins or bread with. A decadent flavor mix using natural ingredients

1 c cashews

1 scoop About Time Cinnamon Swirl whey isolate protein

1 small banana

1/4 c quinoa flour

2 T coconut oil

2 T carob syrup or date syrup. (dates mashed with a little water)

1 T honey

1 t vanilla

1 t cinnamon

1 t baking powder

1/4 t baking soda

1/4 t salt

Pecans- 15 to 18 whole

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.

In a food processor, cream the cashews scraping sides a few times. add the remaining ingredients except for the pecans. blend items together.

If you choose to make cookies-  I would blend the pecans in your batter maybe reserving a few to crumble and top cookies as a garnish. Scoop batter with a cookie scoop, place on tray bake for 6-8 minutes, cool enjoy

If you choose to make muffins- scoop batter into a lined muffin trays, top wit a pecan. Bake until toothpick is almost clean 16-18 minutes, cool. Enjoy

If you choose to make a bread, spray and fill your bread pan. Bake for 20-24 minutes until toothpick is almost clean. Cool, cut. Enjoy
