1c unsweetened almond milk
1/2c frozen blueberries
1/2 frozen banana, cut into slices
5 oz plain Greek yogurt
1 avocado peeled and seed removed
1 scoop About Time cinnamon swirl protein
Water as needed for consistency of your choice. Start with 1/2 c

Place all items into a blender until smooth. Yields around 24 oz. Makes 3- 8oz shakes

You can use this as frozen yogurt too! Mix all ingredients together minus the unsweetened almond milk and the water. Use some unsweetened almond milk for consistency of product is too hard to blend smooth
