Banana Muffins with Walnut Crust

Banana Muffins with Walnut crust

1 1/2 c (3 banana)  mashed- small

2 scoops About Time Cinnamon Swirl whey isolate

1/2 c coconut flour

1/3 c plain Greek  yogurt

1/4 c molasses

1/4 c flax meal

1/4 c unsweetened almond milk

1/4 c melted coconut oil

2 t cinnamon

1/2 t ginger

3/4 t nutmeg

3/4 t baking soda

1 t vanilla

2 Stevia Packets

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Mash bananas in a bowl. Add vanilla, yogurt, almond milk and coconut oil, mix well. In a separate bowl mix together the protein, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, coconut flour, baking soda, flax meal and Stevia. Add to the banana mixture, mix well. Line a muffin tin with 11 liners. Spray liners with non stick spray. Scoop in a level scoop of mixture until all liners are filled. Garnish with what you like. I used

3 T crushed walnuts and 1 T quick oats mixed together
