Banana Cashew Butter Bar

These Banana Cashew Butter Bar are so good. You can roll into protein balls or cut into squares

banana Cashew butter bar

1 1/2 c puffed wheat

1 scoop About Time cinnamon Swirl whey protein isolate

1/4 c dried cranberries

1/4 c whole almonds

1/4 c unsweetened coconut

1/4 c sunflower seeds

1/4 c honey

1/4 c cashew butter

2 T flax meal OR seed

2 T millet seed

2 T sesame seed

1 T cinnamon

1 banana- mashed

Put all items into a bowl nd mix. Place into an 8×8 pan or scoop and roll into bites. Chill. Enjoy. Keep in refrigerator

Yields 16 bars
