Artichoke Dip

1 can Artichoke hearts, drained and rinsed (can use fresh is you roast them first)

1/2 c Parmesan cheese

1/2 c unsweetened Almond Milk

1 small onion, chopped

1 clove garlic

1 scoop unflavored About Time protein

1 t chicken base

2 sprigs fresh thyme, removed from stem

s slices bacon, cooked, chopped

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Add all items except bacon to a food processor. Pulse until a small dice consistency appears. Pour into a non stick or sprayed baking dish. Place in oven, bake 15 minutes. Remove, top with crumbled bacon and bake until bubbly and golden brown. Serve with vegetables or whole grain bread slices as a dip.

tip. you can choose not to process the artichokes, leave quartered as they come. follow same directions and serve as a side dish with chicken, pork or brisket
