Apple Granola Fritters


6oz granola- your choice- mine had carob chips and almonds, hence the darker look of the fritter

2 scoops About Time protein- i used Peanut butter, any flavor will do

1/2 c pumpkin

1/4 c molasses

1/2 t cinnamon

1/2 t allspice

1 packet Stevia

1/2 granny smith apple- cored sliced and shredded or cut into slivers


coconut oil- or oil of choice to pan fry( i used 3 T coconut oil) about 45 calories, 5 g fat per cake( 1 1/2 T per batch, 2 batches of 4 cakes)

Mix all items together. Heat a fry pan with coconut oil. Scoop mixture into pan and press slightly to flatten. Cook on medium heat until golden brown, flip and cook other side till golden brown. Remove and place on a wire rack. recipe yields 8 fritters


per fritter- not including  oil for frying

calories- 134

fat- 1.5 g

carbs- 15 g

protein- 12 g
