Peanut Butter and jelly truffles

Peanut Butter and Jelly Truffles
-1 scoop AboutTime strawberry protein powder
-3 Tbsp all natural peanut butter
-1.5 Tbsp organic coconut oil
-2 Tbsp raw organic honey
-1 Tbsp unsweetened coconut flakes
-dash Himalayan salt

Mix all together until balls form, then roll in more coconut flakes

Strawberry Coconut Ice Pops

Strawberry Coconut Ice Pops
-1 can full fat coconut milk
-1 scoop strawberry protein powder
-half cup of granola of choice (I chose purely Elizabeth cereal)

Pour into small Dixie cups and put on a plate
Cover tightly with clear plastic wrap
Poke skewers into the cups through the plastic wrap
Freeze until solid

Fried Banana Bites

Healthy Fried Banana Bites
Ingredients:
-coconut oil
-frozen, sliced bananas
-1 beaten egg
-1scoop banana protein powder
-coconut sugar and cinnamon for dusting
1. Heat about an inch-worth of coconut oil on medium high heat(quantity of oil depends on size of pot)
2. Take frozen sliced bananas and dip them in the beaten egg
3. Roll dipped banana into protein powder and carefully place in pot with oil
4. Flip once you see them browning
5. Remove with a fork or spider and set on paper towel to cool
6. Immediately dust with coconut sugar and cinnamon

Elvis Pronuts

Elvis Pronuts
-1/2c banana protein powder
-3/4 c milk of choice
-1/2 c egg whites
-3 Tbsp coconut flour
-2 Tbsp coconut oil
-1tsp vanilla
-1 tsp baking powder
-natural peanut butter for the “glaze”
1. Preheat oven to 325 F
2. Mix dry ingredients
3. Mix wet ingredients
4. Combine dry and wet
5. Pour into 4 standard donut molds or mini molds
6. Bake for 12-14 minutes
7. Drizzle with natural peanut butter once cooled

Mocha protein crepes with chocolate avocado creme

Mocha Protein Crepes with Chocolate Avocado Creme
1/2 c oat flour
1/2 c mocha protein
3 egg whites
2 T milk of choice
2 T coconut sugar
4 T coconut oil

Melt oil
Combine with rest of ingredients, but be sure to tempur oil with whites
Ladel 2 T into a nonstick skillet on medium low heat and quickly tilt skillet so batter coats entire surface
Cook 30 seconds, flip, cook for another 15 or so (until cooked)
Let cool on a cooling rack

Avocado creme:
1/2 avocado
2 T cacao powder
Raw honey to taste

Process until creamy
Spread in between layers as you stack your finished crepes

Mocha Protein Granola

Mocha Protein Granola
1c old fashioned oats
1scoop mocha whey
1.5 T ground flax
1/4 c natural pb
1/4 c raw honey
1/4 t Himalayan salt
1 t vanilla extract

Heat oven to 325 f
Melt honey and pb and combine with all other ingredients
Spread mixture on parchment-lined tray
Bake for 5 min, stir, bake for another 5
Let cool
