Venison Taco Meatza

Deer taco meatza. Mix 2 lbs ground venison, 2 egg whites, 1/2 c lowfat parmesan cheese, 1 pack low sodium taco seasoning together in a bowl. Flatten onto a pizza pan and bake on 350 for 20-25 minutes. Pull out and put 1/4 c cheese (I use soy) onto pizza then whatever veggies you want and top with 1/4 c cheese. Broil until cheese is melted and serve. I put low sodium hot sauce on top. Yummy!
