Veggie Loaded Bison Chili

Vicki’s Veggie loaded Bison chili

4 pounds organic bison browned
2 large red onions cut into large pieces
2 – large Red organic peppers
2- 8 oz pkgs organic mushrooms
1 jar Bertolli organic olive oil basil & garlic sauce
1- .60 oz Simply organic chili powder
2-tsp organic cumin
Add all veggies to crock pot
Brown meat drain off any excess juice
Mix all ingredients
Cook on low for 6 hours or until veggies are tender
