Shrimp filled deviled eggs

 

24 cooked salad shrimp
6 hard boiled eggs
3 T plain Greek yogurt
2 T brown mustard
2 T champagne vinegar
1t fresh thyme- minced
1 stem of fresh dill
Salt and pepper to taste
Paprika

1 scoop About Time unflavored protein

Split hard boiled eggs in half. place whites on a plate and yolks in a mixing bowl. Smash yolks with a fork. add yogurt, mustard and vinegar. Blend until smooth. Add protein, thyme, salt and pepper, fold in. Finely chop 12 of the whole shrimp and fold into mixture. Fill egg whites with yolk mixture. Top with a whole shrimp and a small sprig of fresh dill. Lightly drizzle with paprika.
