Roasted Oranges
These Roasted Oranges are a great addition to any breakfast or to be used as a garnish on dessert displays
Fresh Oranges- any type is fine, pick your favorite
cinnamon
Stevia- optional- depends on sweetness or oranges
Preheat your oven to broil. Gently spray a light colored baking tray with non stick spray.
Cut the ends off the oranges and cut the orange in half horizontally. This will allow each half to stand straight on the tray and roll around around.
Prick each orange half 6-8 times with a fork, the juice will rise to the top. Sprinkle with cinnamon/Stevia and spread around the face of the orange half.
Place into the oven/broiler for 6-8 minutes or until the edges have slightly browned. Remove oranges and allow to cool for a minute or two. eat and enjoy
