quinoa and sweet potato burgers

Try this recipe for quinoa and sweet potato burgers:

1 c cooked quinoa

1 large sweet potato cooked and peeled

1 c drained and rinsed chickpeas

1 medium caroot shredded

1/2 c sunflower seeds

18/ c tamari sauce

1 teaspoon each- cumin, coriander, fennel seeds

1 teaspoon coconut oil-melted

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper

1/8 c chpped fresh parsley

1 Tablespoon whole wheat flour

mash quinoa, sweet potato and chickpeas together in a bowl. add all remaining ingredients and blend well. makes 6 burgers. place on a baking sheet on a rack or lined with wax paper or parchment. bake at 400 degrees for about 20 minutes.
