Peanut Butter Banana Bread

Dry Ingredients- Blend together in 1 bowl:

3 scoops About Time peanut Butter isolate

1/4 c coconut flour

1/4 c pecanmeal-(ground pecans)

2 T flax meal-(ground flax seed)

2 T stevia

1 T chia seed

1 t baking powder

1 t baking soda

1/2 t salt

 

Wet Ingredients- Mix together in a 2nd bowl:

2 ripe bananas- mashed

1/3 c unsweetened almond milk

3 oz Greek yogurt- plain

2 T peanut butter

1 T vanilla extract

 

Pre heat oven to 325 degrees. Blend wet into dry ingredients. Lightly spray a 12 x 6 pan. Pour batter in pan and bake 16-18 mins. Cool completely then cut into 26 “finger size” slices

Carbs- 2.5 g

Protein- 4 g
