did you know drinking 2 glasses of orange juice per day increases your vitamin C concentrations in your blood by 25%? Oranges also are a great resource of Potassium, Polyphenols and Pectin(from peel and white skin). Try this recipe Orange French Toast  for breakfast:
3 egg whites
 1/2 c unsweetened almond milk
1/2 cup orange juice
 zest of 1 orange
1/2 t cinnamon
4 slices Ezekial whole wheat or another whole grain bread…
topping:
 1 Greek yogurt plain
 1 scoop About Time Cinnamon Swirl protein
whisk eggs until blended, add milk, oj, zest and cinnamon. Soak bread briefly then fry in a heated frying pan until golden brown. Mix yogurt with Cinnamon Swirl protein. use this as a topping for your french toast
