Happy Hour cocktail- Apricot swirl

Enjoy our waistline-friendly choice at Happy Hour

Ingredients:

For the ginger simple syrup:

  •   1/2 c cup agave syrup
  •   1 cup water
  •   1/4  fresh ginger- chopped

For the drink:

  •   4 1/2 ounces white grape juice
  •   5 1/2 ounces apricot nectar
  •   1/2 scoop About Time Cinnamon Swirl protein
  •   1-2 ounces ginger simple syrup- see above  recipe adjust to your desired sweetness
  •   1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
  •   Crushed ice
  •   Fresh mint- for garnish

DIRECTIONS

For the ginger simple syrup:

Place Agave, water and ginger  in a sauce pan and bring to a boil. Remove from heat and strain out the ginger pieces.

For the drink:

Place remaining ingredients except for the garnish in a cocktail shaker and mix well. Add crushed  ice to a martini glass and pour the Happy Hour cocktail over ice. Garnish with fresh mint.
