Granola for your Morning Yogurt
I made two types of Granola for your morning yogurt.These Cranberry Almond Coconut or Apple Walnut Raisin granola’s are high in protein and flavor and crunch
Cranberry Almond Coconut:
1/2 c Trader Joe’s steel cut quick oats, (or oats of you choice)
2 scoops About Time Vanilla Whey isolate
1/2 c almonds
1/2 c unsweetened coconut
1/8 c dried cranberries
1/8 c flax meal
1/8 c millet seed
1 t cinnamon
MIX all of these items together. ADD:
3/4 c liquid inulin or Agave nectar or Honey. mix. Place on a gently sprayed baking sheet and spread out slightly to cover pan. Bake at 325 for 15-18 minutes. Just until golden brown. Remove and cool completely before removing from the tray. Using a spatula break up into larger pieces. Store in an airtight continer
Apple Walnut Raisin:
1 c dried apple chunks
1/2 c Trader Joe’s steel cut quick oats, (or oats of you choice)
2 scoops About Time Cinnamon Swirl Whey isolate
1/2 c walnuts
1/8 c dried raisins
1/8 c flax meal
1/8 c millet seed
2 t cinnamon
MIX all of these items together. ADD:
3/4 c liquid inulin or Agave nectar or Honey. mix. Place on a gently sprayed baking sheet and spread out slightly to cover pan. Bake at 325 for 15-18 minutes. Just until golden brown. Remove and cool completely before removing from the tray. Using a spatula break up into larger pieces. Store in an airtight continer
