Curried Meatballs with Curry Teryaki Sauce

3 lbs 90 Lean Ground Beef- Can use turkey, pork, bison or chicken

1/4 c parmesan Cheese

1 T onion powder

2 t red pepper flakes

2 t garlic powder

2 t curry powder

2 t chili powder

1 t oregano

1 t black pepper

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Mix together. Makes 25 meatballs

Bake 15 to 20 minutes until cooked though. Serve with homemade curry teriyaki sauce

Curry Teryaki Sauce


1/4 oz minced garlic

1/4 t curry powder
3 oz low sodium soy sauce
12 oz pineapple juice
1 Tbsp grated fresh ginger root or 1/2 t ginger- dry powder seasoning
1/4 tsp crushed red pepper seeds

place in a sauce pan, heat to a boil

0.65 oz cornstarch (2 Tbsp)
6 oz water

Mix water and cornstarch . add to boiling mixture

Serve- yields 21 oz, serving size 3.5 oz
