Crunchy Curry Parmesan Chick Peas

A healthy snack moms and kids love! Try this Crunchy Curry Parmesan Chick Peas recipe for a healthy afternoon munching session!

1 can chick peas drained, rinsed and dried on paper towels

1/4 c parmesan cheese

1/2 t salt

1/2 t garlic powder or 1 t minced fresh garlic

1/8 t black pepper

1/8 t curry powder

1 T olive oil

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Mix garlic, salt black pepper and parmesan cheese together. In a separate bowl toss dried chick peas with olive oil. Spoon chick peas into the cheese mixture and toss. Place on a lightly sprayed cookie sheet and bake for 40 minutes. I toss the chick peas half way through. Enjoy as a crunchy snack
