Coconut Candies

1 cooked sweet potato- peeled and mashed

1/4 c unsweetened coconut- separate into 2 servings

1 scoop About Time Cinnamon Swirl protein

1 t chia seeds

1 t flax seeds

1/4 t cinnamon

dash of nutmeg

1 square of dark chocolate- Optional

Mix all ingredients together except for 1/2 of the coconut. roll into balls. roll sweet potato balls in remaining coconut flakes. Refrigerate until completely chilled, at least 3 hrs. These become a sweet coconut candy treat.  If you would like, melt chocolate square in a small sauce pot and dip a few sweet potato balls into it for a different take

Average sweet potato makes between 15-20 balls

per ball no chocolate:

Calories- 25

fat-1 g

carbs- 2 g

Protein- 3 g

Per ball with chocolate:

calories- 30

fat- 1.5 g

carbs- 2.5 g

protein-3.1 g
