  •   2 medium-sized bananas
  •   1 scoop About Time Peanut butter or chocolate peanut butter
  •   1 teaspoon cinnamon
  •   Ground nutmeg, for garnish

Blend together, add a few ice cubes if needed. Makes 1 large 20 oz shake
