Butter Tarts


1/4 c coconut flour

1/4 c flax seed meal

1 scoop About Time Vanilla protein

1/4 c coconut oil- melted

3 packets Truvia

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Mix all ingredients together. Place in a small pan(6×6) lightly sprayed with non stick spray. Bake 3 minutes. Remove from oven



3 T plain Greek Yogurt

1/8 c honey

1/2 T Vanilla extract

Mix these 3 items together in one bowl.

In another bowl, mix together-

1 scoop about time vanilla protein

1/4 c raisins chopped

1 T melted butter

1 t chia seeds

1/2 t coconut flour

1/4 t baking powder

1/8 t salt


Add dry to wet ingredients. Mix. Pour on top of crust and bake about 18 minutes. Cookies might still seem a little “wet or gooey”. remove from oven and cool completely. Cut into 12 squares

fat- 5 g

carbs- 6 g

protein- 5.6 g
