Banana Oatmeal protein cookies
1 cup quick oats
2 scoops About Time banana protein (or vanilla or birthday cake or cinnamon swirl)
1/2 c Greek plain yogurt
1/4 c peanut butter or nut butter
1/2 banana
1/4 t nutmeg
1/2 t cinnamon
1/8 t salt
1 t flax seed
3 packets Stevia-(can use more depending on how sweet you want the cookies)
yields: 16 cookies
Bake: 325 degrees, 7 minutes
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Use light colored cookie sheets. In a bowl mix together the oats, nutmeg, cinnamon, salt and flax seed. In a larger separate bowl, mash the banana. Add the peanut butter, yogurt, Stevia and stir. Add protein and blend together. Add dry ingredients into the banana peanut butter mixture to make your cookie dough. Once blended dough makes 16 round cookies. I roll these and press with a fork like an old fashion peanut butter cookie design
