These Chocolate Cherry Coffeecake and Vanilla Blueberry Donuts are absolutely AMAZING! Great flavor and texture, these are sure to please all donut lovers!
2 1/2 c AboutTime pancake mix- flavor of your choice
Split this into 2 bowls
In the first bowl add:
3 T cocoa powder
3 T instant coffee granules
1/3 c diced dried cherries
In the second Bowl ADD:
1/3 c fresh or dried blueberries
1/2 t cinnamon
In a third bowl mix together:
1 c plain Greek or Coconut yogurt
11/2 c unsweetened almond milk
2 T vanilla extract
Mix this together then split evenly between the two bowls of dry mix
Mix your two bowls of batter well. I used my donut machine, heated it, sprayed it well with non stick spray scooped in batter. cooked them then cooled on a rack.
You can bake these at 350 degrees in small tart pans, donut pans or make them into muffins too
