This Blueberry Avocado Granola Bowl is a filling and great tasting smoothie you can eat like a meal

Blueberry Avocado Granola Bowl

 

1/3 c frozen blueberries

6-7 oz unsweetened almond coconut milk

1 scoop About Time Cinnamon Swirl whey isolate

1/2 small banana (about 3 inches long)

1/4 of an avocado

2 T unsweetened coconut

2 T granola

a few dashes of cinnamon

a ice cube or two if needed

Blend all items in a blender except 2 T granola and 1 T coconut. pour the thick shake into a bowl. Garnish with remaining 1 T unsweetened coconut and 2 T granola. Enjoy.

One serving is equivalent to:
