Black Bean and Sweet Potato Brownies

Desserts are a staple in some diets so why not make them as healthy as possible. Rid your pantry of all those flours and sugars and try these Black Bean and Sweet Potato Brownies!!!

8 oz sweet potato

7 oz drained rinsed black beans

1- 5 oz plain Greek yogurt

2 scoops About Time Chocolate protein

¼ c Cocoa powder

¼ c Agave nectar

1 T cinnamon

1 T vanilla extract

¼ c quick oats

4 packets Stevia

 

Add all ingredients to a food processor and blend.  Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Spray an 8×8 pan or line 10 muffin tins. Bake 25 minutes. Remove from pan and cool on rack

Carbs- 16.2

Fiber- 2.7g

Protein- 10g
