  • 2 cups chopped tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup tomato juice
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened apple juice
  • 1/2 cup carrots
  • 1/4 cup minced celery
  • 1 scoop About Time unflavored whey isolate
  • 1 cup cold water
  • Tabasco or hot sauce to taste
  • ice as needed
