Protein Biscuits for Strawberry Shortcakes or for Stew

3/4 c Almond meal

5 oz Greek Plain Yogurt

2 scoops About Time Vanilla whey isolate- for shortcake recipe- *use unflavored whey isolate for a savory biscuit recipe

1 T coconut oil

1 t vanilla extract- for short cake recipe- *omit for savory biscuit

3/4 t baking powder

1/2 t baking soda

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Mix all ingredients together except for yogurt.  Add coconut oil then take a fork and cut oil into mixture. Fold in yogurt. Drop biscuit mixture on a light colored tray that has been sprayed with non stick spray. Makes 9 biscuits. Bake for 8 minutes
