Dog Biscuit Recipes with Protein

1 c whole wheat flour
1-2 scoops About Time protein, Cinnamon, unflavored, Birthday cake, vanilla
1 t ginger
1 t cinnamon
1/4 c molasses
1/3 c water, maybe a tad bit more
or
1 1/2 c whole wheat flour
1 mashed banana
1-2 scoops about time protein Cinnamon, unflavored, Birthday cake, vanilla
1 t cinnamon
1 t nutmeg
1/4 c molasses
1/2 c water
or
1 sweet potato mashed-cooled
1 1/2 c whole wheat flour
2 scoops About Time protein Cinnamon, unflavored, Birthday cake, vanilla
1/4 c molasses
1/4 c water- may need more adjust to dough texture
1 t ginger
1 t garlic
or
1/4 c peanut butter
1 1/2 c whole wheat flour
1 scoop about time protein Cinnamon, unflavored, Birthday cake, vanilla
1/4 c molasses
1/3- 1/2 c water
1 t cinnamon
1/4 c carob chips
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix ingredients together. knead dough a few times on a floured surface. roll out dough pretty thin less than a 1/4 inch. cut out with a cookie cutter place on a light colored baking sheet sprayed with non stick spray. cut outs can be pretty close as they will not expand. Bake about 20-25 minutes. You will need to continue to check them as you want them baked thoroughly but not burned. This all depends on how thick you roll out the dough. The thicker the cookie the longer they will need top bake
the original recipe was adjusted from Missy Smith’s dog biscuit recipe. I don’t like to give my pups extra oil , fat and calories. this way the treats are crispy and not like a cookie. You can adjust the ingredients as needed, try new variations and sweeteners. Just don’t use cocoa, chocolate, raisins, grapes or any other harmful food item to dogs
