Bean Dip

This Bean Dip is amazing and made with nutritional yeast and can be served with traditional Mexican toppings.

Bean Dip

 

1 can beans, I used pinto, you can use black, black eyed peas etc

1/2 c Monterey jack shredded cheese

1/2 c hot pepper cheese- topping

1/4 c nutritional yeast

1/4 c jalapenos drained and minced

2 T Greek cream cheese

1/2 t garlic

1/4 t each salt and pepper

1/8 t red pepper flakes

Preheat your oven to 375 degrees. spray an oven safe baking dish with non stick spray. Mix all items together except for the 1/2 c pepper cheese. Pour into the baking dish top with pepper cheese bake 15 minutes. Turn oven to broil and heat until top is browned and bubbly. remove and serve with chips, salsa, sour cream
