Protein Packed Pumpkin Mousse

This Protein Packed Pumpkin Mousse is an awesome fall treat and make for an easy grab and go snack!!! It also makes a fantastic dip for pears and apples or a spead for bagels! Makes 4 servings:

What you need:

1 Container Fat Free Cottage Cheese (About 2 cups)

1/2 Cup Pumpkin Puree

1 scoop Cinnamon Swirl or Vanilla About Time (premixed with 2 Tbsp warm water to soften)

Stevia and Pumpkin Pie Spice to taste

Put all the ingredients in a food processor or blender until smooth and creamy. Top with pumpkin seeds or walnuts for a nutrient boost.
