What you need:
1 Container Fat Free Cottage Cheese (About 2 cups)
1/2 Cup Pumpkin Puree
1 scoop Cinnamon Swirl or Vanilla About Time (premixed with 2 Tbsp warm water to soften)
Stevia and Pumpkin Pie Spice to taste
