The SKINNY on Detox Water
If you have been on any type of social media recently, you have probably come across pictures of infused water bottles. These bottles are usually filled with fruit, vegetables, or herbs. So, what’s the deal with these artsy water bottle pictures? Fruit infused water, also known as detox water, has been a diet fad that has surfaced in the past couple of years. The diet fad claims that drinking detox water will help you lose weight dramatically. While it should not be used as a quick fix to lose weight, it does have some awesome benefits for your body!
Staying hydrated is the most important part of any health routine. Since water makes up 60% of the human body, it is imperative to our health to make sure that we consume enough water. Just 6-8 glasses of water everyday will help you stay hydrated and keep your vital organs in their best possible health.  Adding key ingredients to your water can help flush harmful toxins from your body and make you feel healthier.
Below is a list of ingredients that can be added to your water. Each one has a specific purpose that makes your water even more beneficial.

Adding any of these ingredients can help benefit your health, while giving you a tasty drink that doesn’t require you to sacrifice your figure. Not only is detox water good for you, but it can also help to keep you feeling full and curb sweet cravings.  It can also help you shed extra weight, along with proper diet and exercise.

Let’s look at some tasty detox water recipes that your body will love.
