Strawberry Cucumber Banana Smoothie

This Strawberry Cucumber Banana Smoothie is a great recipe when you are looking for a refreshing breakfast that is convenient, quick and not to heavy

Strawberry Cucumber Banana Smoothie

1 c milk of your choice, I used 1% regular milk

6 frozen strawberries

1/2 frozen banana

1 Persian cucumber

1/3 c orange juice

Juice of 1 lime (plus all the zest for garnish)

1 scoop About Time Strawberry whey isolate protein

1/2 t cinnamon (save a little for the garnish)

 

Place all items into the blender. Grind until smooth. Top the smoothie with a little of the cinnamon and the lime zest for your garnish. A great refreshing way to start your morning off in the right direction!
