Spinach Coconut smoothie

  • 1 banana, frozen
  • 2 large handfuls of spinach
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond coconut milk
  • 1/2 c cold water
  • 1 scoop About Time Birthday Cake protein
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tablespoon unsweetened coconut flakes- garnish- optional

yields 16 oz- makes 2- 8oz drinks

carbs- 12 g

fat- 2.5 g

protein- 14.5 g
