- 1 banana, frozen
- 2 large handfuls of spinach
- 1 cup unsweetened almond coconut milk
- 1/2 c cold water
- 1 scoop About Time Birthday Cake protein
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 tablespoon unsweetened coconut flakes- garnish- optional
yields 16 oz- makes 2- 8oz drinks
